MR. SURESH KUMAR (CHAIRMAN & WORKING DIRECTOR), an IT-BHU Graduate, MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Export Management, has over two decades of varied experience to his credit which includes managing of industrial production, project consultancy, arranging foreign collaborations, joint ventures and equity participation.

MRS. RASHMEE SEENGAL (DIRECTOR), a commerce graduate, Rashmee Seengal has been actively involved in the production of television serials for the past 10 years. She founded Celluloid Dreams Pvt. Ltd. and has embarked upon her journey in the film industry by producing Friends Forever- India’s first 3D animation Hindi feature film which involves interaction between live actors and an animated character.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT

MANJUL SAGAR, VICE PRESIDENT (PROJECTS & INFRASTRUCTURE), has got 33 years of experience in the field of project implementation from concept to commissioning as well as administration. He has done B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) and M. Tech. (Process Plant Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi besides Diplomas in Contracts Management as well as Project Planning, Evaluation & Control. He has worked with reputed organizations i.e. BHEL; Industrial Consultancy Bureau Ltd.; CEO, Piccadily Group; General Manager (Projects & Infrastructure), Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (HSIIDC). He has been Director of many well known companies.

C.B.GUPTA, COMPANY SECRETARY a Fellow Member of ICSI & Law Graduate, has more than 21 years experience in the corporate sector. He is looking after the company law affairs & compliances and other legal matters of the company. He has worked with leading public sector and private sector companies.
